Explore requestsCURAE is being designed around the operational details that fall between systems: a late ride, an unanswered referral, a missed shift, a new instruction, or a grocery list nobody owns.

Track visits, referrals, communication and who owes the next step.
Gather the right verification from the right responsible person.
CURAE grew out of years of firsthand experience navigating home care, disability services, housing, community supports and interagency coordination. Too often, crucial information falls between organizations. A referral goes unanswered. A shift is missed. Transportation falls through. No one knows who owns the next step.
For older adults, people with disabilities and others with complex support needs, those gaps can have profound consequences for health, safety and independent community living.
Our purpose is to make responsibility visible and follow-through accountable, so people can live safely, with dignity, and with their needs met in their own communities.
CURAE is designed to connect the work between agencies, providers and families without making family caregivers responsible for every unresolved administrative task.
We work hand in hand with organizations to understand the realities of their workflows, discuss custom setup and plan an implementation that supports the people providing care.
Discuss roles, reporting needs, authorization paths and cross-agency coordination tailored to your environment.
Guided implementation planning, team orientation and hands-on user training to support adoption.
Continued guidance, workflow refinement and support options as the organization and its needs evolve.

Protected sign-in and an approved care-team role are separate from the public demo. The current private application remains a pilot, not a fully operational patient record.
